热处理对800H合金流变应力和微观组织的影响

摘  要:以800H合金试件为研究对象,通过时效前处理、淬火、加热保温、等温压缩和淬火操作,研究热处理对800H合金的流变应力和微观组织的影响。结果表明,当应变率为0.01 s-1和0.1 s-1时,流变应力随应变的增加而增加;应力峰值在相同变形情况下,随时效时间的延长急剧减小,且应变率越大,试件的应力峰值越大;孪生边界的密度随应变的增大而减小,而大角度晶界的比例随应变的增大而显著增加。Taking 800 H alloy specimen as research object. Aging pre-treatment,quenching,heating and insulation,isothermal compressions and quenching were carried out to probe the flow stress and microstructure characteristics of 800 H alloy. The results show that flow stress increases with the increase of strain when the strain rate equals to 0.01 s-1and 0.1 s-1;The flow stress experimentes a sharp drop with the increase of aging time when the specimen is performed under the same condition,the bigger value of the strain rate acquires,the larger value of peak stress obtaines; The density of the twin boundaries decreases and the fraction of large angel grain boundary increases significantly with the increase of strain.
