摘 要:采用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜分析了Cr12MoV钢高压气淬后不同工艺处理的组织和形貌,并通过显微硬度计和磨损试验机测定了样品的显微硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:高压淬火后不同处理工艺对Cr12MoV钢组织和性能有较大影响。冷处理可以促使残余奥氏体向马氏体转变,明显提高材料的显微硬度和耐磨性。The microstructure of Cr12MoV steel after high pressure gas quenched was investigated by XRD,metallurgical microscope and SEM. The microhardness and wear resistance were tested with Vickers hardness tester and wear testing machine,respectively. The results show that the treatment process has great influence on the microstructure and properties of Cr12MoV steel after high pressure gas quenched. Cold treatment can promote the transformation from retained austenite to martensite,and the hardness and wear resistance of sample improve significantly.
