摘  要:通过成分分析、金相检验、SEM形貌观察和EDS分析等方法,对分子筛脱蜡装置空冷器管束腐蚀泄露原因进行了分析。结果表明:316L不锈钢管束经化学成分分析符合要求,管束内壁附着黑色垢层,垢层表面凹凸不平,存在细小裂纹和坑点。316L不锈钢组织为单相奥氏体,奥氏体晶粒细小并均匀一致,EDS分析发现管束内壁垢层中含有一定量的S和O元素。煤油馏分介质中含有H2S和环烷酸,高速流动的介质对管束内壁的冲刷,使得管壁的保护膜脱落,造成了冲刷和腐蚀的相互促进。By chemical composition analyzing,metallographic observation,SEM and EDS analysis,the failure for the leakage of air cooler tube on molecular sieve dewaxing was analyzed. The results show that the composition of 316 L tube is up to the requirement,and the inner wall of tube is converted by black corrosion product. The surface is irregularity,the fine crack and etch pit exist in surface. The microstructure of 316 L is austenite,and the austenite grain is small and uniform. By EDS analysis,it can be obtained that the corrosion product contains S and O. Kerosene distillate contains H2 S and naphthenic acid. High speed flow medium constantly erodes the inner wall and protective film is forced to abscission,which can cause the mutual promotion of erosion and corrosion.
