摘　　要：目的:观察阳参益肾胶囊对系统性红斑狼疮患者激素减量维持阶段补体水平的稳定作用和免疫调节作用。方法:选取经治疗后补体水平正常,而在随诊时(激素减量维持阶段)补体水平低于正常值的系统性红斑狼疮患者32例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组16例。对照组继续予激素和羟氯喹等药物常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用阳参益肾胶囊。两组疗程均为4周,分别在治疗前后测定患者补体(C3、C4)、免疫球蛋白(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血尿常规、24 h尿蛋白定量等水平以及SLE疾病活动指数评分(SLEDAI)。结果:治疗后,治疗组补体C3、C4水平均有不同程度的升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001或P=0.000);治疗组补体C3、C4水平正常率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029或P=0.023)。治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量和SLEDAI评分治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014或P=0.001)。结论:阳参益肾胶囊对系统性红斑狼疮激素减量维持阶段的补体水平可能具有良好的稳定作用。Objective：To observe the stabilization role of Yangshen Yishen Capsule（阳参益肾胶囊）for the level of complement at the maintenance phase of systemic lupus erythematosus by reducing hormone.Methods：32 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus,with normal complement level after treatment and lower complement level than the normal value during follow-up,were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group,16 patients in each group.The control group was continuously and routinely treated with hormone and hydroxychloroquine,while the treatment group was given Yangshen Yishen Capsule based on the treatment for the control group.Compliment C3 and C4,immunoglobulin Ig G,Ig A and Ig M,CRP,ESR,blood and urine routine,24 h urinary protein quantitation and SLEDAI（Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index） were measured before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the levels of them in the treatment group were higher to a certain degree.Compared with those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P = 0.001 or P = 0.000）;the normal rates of the levels of C3 and C4 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P = 0.029 or P = 0.023）.Before and after treatment,the difference of 24 h urinary protein quantitation and SLEDAI score in the treatment group was statistically significant（P = 0.014 or P = 0.001）.Conclusion：Yangshen Yishen Capsule has a good stabilization role for the level of complement at the maintenance phase of systemic lupus erythematosus by reducing hormone.
