摘 要:目的探讨丙泊酚和速眠新复合麻醉应用于实验犬小切口开胸手术的效果。方法成年健康杂种犬46条,体质量18~20 kg,雌雄不限,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组23条。术前10 min肌肉注射阿托品0.5 mg,速眠新Ⅱ10 mg,待犬丧失攻击能力后行气管插管,静脉穿刺置管。实验组首次静脉注射丙泊酚3 mg/kg,丧失有效麻醉后追加初始半量丙泊酚。对照组静脉注射3%戊巴比妥0.5 ml/kg,丧失有效麻醉后追加初始半量戊巴比妥。记录手术时间、首次麻醉起效时间、首次麻醉持续时间、追加麻醉次数、麻醉药物剂量、术后苏醒时间和并发症,并观察镇痛效果和心率变化。结果与对照组相比,实验组平均首次麻醉起效时间快、麻醉维持时间长,术中追加麻醉次数少,术后苏醒时间短,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),术中实验组犬躁动次数少、心率变异性小(P〈0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合麻醉有较强的麻醉效果,诱导时间短,起效快,无明显副作用,对于犬的小切口开胸手术实验来说,是一种较为理想的麻醉方法。Objective To assess the anesthetic effect of propofol in combination with surnianxin Ⅱ for small incision thoracotomy in dogs. Methods Forty-six healthy dogs weighted 18 - 20 kg were divided into control group ( n = 23 ) and test group ( n = 23 ) randomly. Atropine 0.5 mg and 10 mg surnianxin Ⅱ were administered intramuscularly 10 min before the experiment, the endotracheal intubation and vein puncture were performed. Dogs in control group were given intravenous injection of 3 % pentobarbital 0. 5 ml/kg then additional half dose of pentobarbital was given if necessary ; while dogs in test group were given intravenous injection of propofol 3 mg/kg, additional half dose of propofol was given if necessary. The operation time, the the effective anesthetic time, intraoperative analgesic effect, heart rate changes, the times of intraoperative anesthesia, anesthetic dosage, time ofpostoperative revival, and the anesthetic death rate were documented in both groups. Results Compared with control group, there were shorter mean first onset time, the longer maintenance anesthetic time, fewer intraoperative additional anesthesia and shorter postoperative recovery time in teat group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Heart rate variability and mean agitation times in test group were less than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The propofol combined with sumianxin II has stronger anesthetic effect with a shorter induction time, rapid reaction time and less adverse effects. It appears to be a satisfactory method for dogs during the small incision thoracotomy.
