摘  要:铅酸蓄电池的SOH(State of Health)反映蓄电池的劣化程度,与蓄电池内阻是对应变化的关系。文中设计一种铅酸蓄电池内阻检测仪,基于交流阻抗法实现铅酸蓄电池内阻快速检测。交流恒流源产生正弦交流信号并注入到蓄电池;引入精密采样电阻,与蓄电池组成串联回路,将蓄电池及精密电阻两端产生的微弱响应信号经处理后送入单片机进行A/D转换,根据响应电压比值计算出蓄电池的内阻,并实时显示。为了验证此检测仪的性能,进行了实验验证,实验结果表明该仪器可有效检测铅酸蓄电池的内阻,反映蓄电池的SOH,区分新旧电池,检测结果稳定精确,具有一定的实际应用价值。SOH(State of Health) of lead-acid battery reflects deterioration degree of battery,which has the corresponding rela-tion with battery internal resistance.A lead-acid battery internal resistance tester was designed,which was based on the AC imped-ance method for measuring internal resistance fast.The sinusoidal AC signal was produced by the AC constant current source and was injected to the battery.Meanwhile,the precision sampling resistor and battery composed a series circuit.The weak response sig-nal produced from storage battery and precision resistance entered single chip microcomputer for A/D converter .The battery inter-nal resistance was calculated by response voltage ratios and was shown in the screen.To verify the performance of the battery inter-nal resistance tester,the experiment was carried out.The experimental result shows that the battery internal resistance tester can de-tect internal resistance of lead-acid battery,deduce SOH of the battery,and distinguish between ageing and new batteries.The re-sults of the measurement are relatively stable and precise.Accordingly,the tester has certain practical value.
