摘  要:环境应力与故障模式之间存在复杂的不确定性关系。首先基于模糊因果图论,采用模糊数描述环境应力对故障模式的影响程度,定性推理出导致系统故障模式发生的主要环境应力。在综合环境应力试验的基础上,基于多决策类贝叶斯粗糙集理论,提出一种属性权重算法来计算环境应力特征与故障模式的定量关系。试验结果表明,该方法可以定性、定量分析出环境应力及其特征与系统故障模式的关联关系,可用于装备测试性虚拟验证中的环境建模与故障建模,分析结论还能为装备故障诊断、预测与健康管理提供数据信息。The relationship between environmental stresses and failure modes is sophisticated and indefinite. Based on fuzzy causality diagram theory, fuzzy numbers were used to describe the environmental stresses' impacts on failure mode and qualitatively infer the main environmental stresses that cause the failure modes of system. An optimal multiple environmental stress test was conducted, and on this basis of the Bayesian rough set of multiple decision classes, an algorithm to compute attribute weight was proposed to quantitatively determine the relationship between environmental stresses' features and failure modes of system. The results indicate that it can analyze the environmental stress-failure mode relationship qualitatively and quantitatively and the method proposed above can be applied to environment modeling and fault modeling in the virtual testability verification, thus providing data information for equipment fault diagnosis, prognosis and health management.
