摘  要:为实现急倾斜薄煤层刨运机组的机械化开采,依据采煤工艺,提出了和刨运机组配套的推移机构的方案。该方案满足了薄煤层的过人空间,并为刨运机刨煤提供可靠动力。根据实际需要,设计了推移千斤顶和摇摆千斤顶的结构,计算出2种千斤顶的推力和拉力。利用三维建模软件建立推移机构实体模型,对实体模型进行强度有限元分析,分析结果表明,推移机构所受最大应力为253.4 MPa,安全系数超过1.2倍,最大变形量为1.181 mm,变形量较小。For the realization of mechanized mining of plough and convey machine in steeply-inclined thin coal seam, according to the coal winning technology, the scheme of the pushing mechanism of the machine was put forward. The scheme could meet man space of the thin coal seam, and for plough and convey machine caould provide reliable power. According to the actual needs, the structure of the pushing jack and lifting jack was designed, and the thrust and pull of the two jacks were calculated. Entity model was established with three-dimensional modeling, and strength finite element analysis was carried out on the solid model. The analysis results showed that by the maximum stress 253.4 MPa, stress safety factor of the pushing mechanism was more than 1.2 times, and by the maximum deformation 1.181 mm, deformation was small.
