摘  要:为了准确、直观地反映液压支架运动时的位姿状态,基于虚拟现实技术及遗传算法,研发了以液压支架前、后立柱为主要监测对象的液压支架远程监测系统。实验表明,运用该系统监测液压支架,研究人员能够实时在虚拟场景中以任意视角观测液压支架,更加直观地掌握液压支架的位姿状态。研究结果为建立煤矿井下综采工作面液压支架远程监测系统奠定了基础。In order to reflect the posture state of hydraulic support accurately and intuitively, a remote monitoring system for hydraulic support with the front and back columns of hydraulic support as the main monitoring objects was developed based on virtual reality technology and genetic algorithms. The experiments show that researchers can real-time roam in the virtual scene and observe the hydraulic support in any view and grasp the posture state of hydraulic support more intuitively using this monitoring system. The research results lay the foundation for the remote monitoring system of hydraulic supports of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine.
