摘  要:介绍了掘进机本体架的使用和受力情况,利用Pro/E软件建立模型并导入Workbench中进行有限元分析,结果表明减重前后本体架的应力和变形都满足强度要求,达到预期的减重目标,为后续设计提供了理论依据。Thesis introduced the use and stress of roadheader’s body frame, the model was established based on Pro/E software and imported into Workbench for finite element analysis ,the results showed that before and after weight reduction, the stress and deformation of the body frame were meet the strength requirement, and achieved the desired weight reduction goals, it provided a theoretical basis for subsequent design.
