摘  要:井下机械式跳汰机在保护环境、节能减排方面发挥着重要的作用。针对煤矿井下特殊条件,对跳汰机驱动机构进行了改进和合理布置,使其结构紧凑,在保证筛分效果的基础上,降低了井下硐室掘进工作量。利用ADAMS软件对机构修改前后入料口处的振动位移和角速度进行了运动学仿真分析。结果表明,改进后的跳汰机振动效果和急回特性均有所提高,对同类型井下跳汰机的改进具有一定的指导意义。Mechanical jigger underground coal mine is important to environmental protection and energy conservation. In view of the special conditions of the underground coal mine, the jig drive mechanism was improved and arranged reasonably to make structure compact, reducing the workload of underground chamber excavation on the basis of guaranteeing the screening effect. Simulated the vibration displacement and angular velocity of the feeding inlet which is improved before and after by ADAMS.The results show that the fast-returning characteristic and vibration effect of the improved jig are both improved, and it has a certain guiding significance for the same type of downhole jig improvement.
