摘　　要：高空住区是高层高密度城市发展的产物。香港是世界上摩天住宅最集中的地区,也是高空住区最密集的地区。名铸是中国最高的单栋式高层住宅。从总体布局、造型、混合功能、住宅平面、居住单位和建筑结构等方面对名铸及其所在项目进行了介绍,着重分析了该项目与所处的高密度城市的关系、造型与周边建筑关系、项目内部的混合功能组成、住宅平面的布局、居住单位的变化以及摩天住宅结构设计等。通过名铸的案例研究,可以初步了解类似高空住区的建筑逻辑和城市环境,有助于高层高密度城市住宅设计发展。Sky Community is the result of high-level high-density urban development. There are most intensive residential skyscrapers as well as sky communities in Hong Kong. The Masterpiece Development Project is the highest in the Single-unit High-rise residential in China. In this paper, the Masterpiece development project were introduced in terms of the site plan, form, mixed function, residential fiat, units and building structure. Through case studies of the Masterpiece Development Project, it was gained that the construction logic and urban environment of similar sky communities, which was helpful for urban residential design in high-level high-density cities.
