摘　　要：本文着力研究上世纪90年代初到本世纪初湖北科技社团在推动社会管理创新中所遇到的发展困境,并针对其所面临的困境从创造服务型政府、提高科技社团自主创新能力和提高社会参与度等方面探讨湖北省科技社团推动社会管理创新的具体路径。This paper will emphasize the scientific and sive development from the early 1990s to the beginning technical associations in Hubei, analyze their comprehen of the 21st century, and the dilemma of development to promote the innovation of social management. This paper puts forwards some concrete paths from the creation of the service type government, enhancing the scientific and technical associations＇ capability of independent innovation, and improving the social participation degree, so as to promote the innovation of social management by the scientific and technical associations in Hubei province.
