摘　　要：利用一般均衡理论,建立决定失业率的多元回归方程,以2009-2012年我国14个省级行政区为研究对象,研究地方政府卫生费用支出对失业率的影响,提出地方政府卫生费用支出与失业率负相关。地方政府应优化社会福利支出结构,增加投资性健康人力资本支出,减少消费性健康人力资本支出。Builds multiple regression equation of making decision of unemployment rate by general equilibrium theory. Takes 14 provincial administrative regions as study objects. Studies on the influence of local government health expenditure to unemployment rate. It puts forward that local government health expenditure is negatively correlated with the unemployment rate. It is necessary for local government to optimize social welfare expenditure structure with increasing investment health human capital cost and reducing consumption health human capital cost.
