摘　　要：[目的]了解江西省男男性行为人群(MSM)的艾滋病认知、行为特征及艾滋病感染状况,为艾滋病防治工作提供参考依据。[方法]收集江西省2013-2014年国家级MSM艾滋病哨点监测数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。[结果]2013-2014年共监测MSM人群1451人。近6个月同性肛交比例保持在70%以上,商业性行为比例上升到4.01%,仍有14.64%MSM有异性性行为,近6个月发生同性肛交、商业和异性性行为时坚持使用安全套总比例分别为45.30%、33.33%和67.94%。最近一年接受同伴教育和做过艾滋病检测总比例分别为33.36%和46.59%,HIV阳性率上升至8.44%。[结论]MSM人群安全套坚持使用率低,HIV阳性率增长,普通的行为干预模式未能达到效果,应针对性加强网络干预、同伴教育,扩大艾滋病咨询检测和安全套推广等综合干预措施,降低艾滋病在MSM中传播。Objective To understand HIV/AIDS knowledge, behavior characteristics and the status among the group of men who have sex with men（MSM）in Jiangxi province, so as to provide a reference basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control work. Methods Collected national HIV/AIDS sentinel surveillance data among MSM from 2013 to 2014 in Jiangxi province by descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze. Results 1451 MSM were surveyed during 2013 to 2014.In the past six months, above 70% of the MSM had anal sex , commercial sex ratio rose to 4.01%, 14.64% had heterosexual sex, total proportion of consistent using condoms when anal sex, commercial sex and heterosexual sex were 45.30%, 33.33% and 67.94%.In a recent year, received peer education and HIV testing total proportion were 33.36% and 46.59%, the HIV positive rate rose to 8.44%. Conclusions The condom using rate among MSM in Jiangxi province is low, the rate of HIV positives is growth, common behavior intervention model failed to achieve the effect, should be targeted to strengthen network intervention, peer education, expand HIV counseling testing and condom promotion measures, reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS among MSM.
