摘  要:针对数控车削刀具几何参数决策问题,结合数控车削刀具的特点和数控车削刀具几何参数选择的规则,提出基于约束矩阵的数控车削刀具几何参数决策方法。该方法从数控车削刀具几何参数的结构化表达机制、数控车削刀具与影响刀具几何参数选择的因素之间的映射关系等方面出发,构建数控车削刀具综合信息模型框架。基于该模型,采用参数选择约束矩阵表达数控车削刀具几何参数选择规则,计算数控车削刀具几何参数的权重优先级矩阵,构建数控车削刀具几何参数选择决策算法,最终实现对数控车削刀具几何参数的选择。以某企业零件的数控车削刀具选择为例,验证了该决策算法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the decision-making problem of NC turning tool geometry parameters, a decision-making method of selecting NC turning tool geometry parameters based on constraint matrix was proposed according to the features of NC turning tools and the rules of NC turning tool geometry parameter selection. In the method, an integrated in- formation framework of NC turning tools was constructed by considering the structured expression mechanism of NC turning tool geometry parameters, the relationship between NC turning tools and the factors which affected the selection of NC turning tool geometry parameters. Based on this framework, the parameter selection constraint matrix was established to express the rules when selecting NC turning tools and weight priority matrix of NC turning tool geometry parameters was calculated. An algorithm was designed for realizing the decision-making of selecting NC turning tool geometry parameters. An example was given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the decision- making algorithm.
