摘 要:为优化生产单元组织配置,定量评价生产单元组织柔性,提炼了生产单元组织柔性内涵,阐述了其构成要素,并提出生产单元组织柔性评价指标。基于仿真原理建立了生产单元人机协同仿真模型,给出了模型构建原理。基于该模型,将上述仿真评价方法应用于某摩托车发动机零部件生产单元,对该生产单元组织柔性进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明,组织分工的丰富化和扩大化对生产单元组织柔性及应对动态制造环境波动能力均有显著影响,仿真模型可实现组织要素动态配置,为组织要素优化及量化提供了可行途径。To evaluate the organizational flexibility and optimize the organization configuration in manufacturing cells, the connotation and components of organizational flexibility were defined, after which the evaluation indexes were proposed. Based on simulation, a human-machine cooperation model was built, which was applied to a motorcycle engine parts manufacturing cell to analyze its organizational flexibility. Simulation results showed that the enrich- ment and enlargement of organization configuration had a positive impact on organizational flexibility. Besides, the constituent in the simulation model could be configured dynamically, which could provide a quantitative approach to evaluate and optimize the organizational flexibility in manufacturing system.
