压痛点强刺激推拿治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察压痛点强刺激推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组予以压痛点强刺激推拿,对照组予以传统推拿,治疗2个疗程。结果:总有效率观察组93.3%、对照组80.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状与功能评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:压痛点强刺激推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕疗效明显。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo treated by strong stimulation massage manipulation on tender point. Method： 60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. The observation group were treated with strong stimulation massage manipulation on tender point while the control group were treated with traditional massage. Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 80.0%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . After the treatment, there was statistical significance in symptoms and function score between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Strong stimulation massage manipulation on tender point has obvious clinical therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo.
