V4C晶体植入术护理总结

摘　　要：目的：探讨V4C晶体（中央孔型ICL晶体）植入术的护理效果。方法：对25例（50眼）V4C晶体植入术的术前、术中、术后护理进行总结。结果：术后3个月裸眼视力均达到术前最佳矫正视力,拱高值（400～700）μm,眼压及角膜内皮计数与术前无差别,术中及术后未出现任何并发症。结论：做好患者的心理护理及完善术前准备和术中积极配合是手术顺利进行的前提。术后密切观察病情、及时发现和正确处理并发症,并给予个体化的健康指导是确保手术成功的关键。Objective： To study the effect of nursing after the posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens （ V4C ） implantation. Method： the study enrolled 50 eyes （ 25 patients ） implanted with of ICL （V4C） , the visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell counting and vault were observed after 3 months postoperatively. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing was summarized. Result： All the patients＇ uncorrected visual acuity at postoperative three months reached their best corrected visual acuity at preoperative, with the central vault from 400 μ m to 700 μ m. There was nostatistically significant differences between preoperative and postoperativeIOP and corneal endothelial cell counting. There was no complications in all patients. Conclusion： Perfect patients psychological care, adequate preoperative preparation and positive surgery cooperation are the premise of smooth operation. The key to a successful operation was that postoperative close observation, timely discover and correct treatment of complications, and individual health guidance.
