摘　　要：西藏住房公积金体制建立以来,住房公积金成为了西藏职工筹集购房资金的首要渠道,并在解决职工住房方面发挥了极其重要的作用。但现有的管理制度还存在整体覆盖面不宽,缴存率和贷款率单一、沉淀资金过高等问题,需要进一步进行完善。Since the foundation of Tibet Housing Provident Fund system, the Housing Provident Fund hasbecame the most important channel for staff to gather homes fund, and played the extremely vital role in solvingemployees' housing. However, the existing system still has problems such as the narrow coverage, the unitary de-positing rate and loan ratio, and the high idle capital which need further improvement.
