摘 要:大庆油田北二西试验区石油磺酸盐表面活性剂弱碱体系三元复合驱采出液和采出水中含有大量难以浮升和聚并的微米和亚微米尺度油滴,造成该试验区三元复合驱采出水沉降和过滤除油效果差,过滤后回注采出水含油量严重超标。为解决北二西试验区三元复合驱采出水除油困难的问题,研制了可促进小油滴与大油滴之间聚并的非离子型油水分离剂SP1013。通过在北二西试验区地面回掺热水中投加SP1013,在集油管道中利用SP1013的聚并作用和流场中的油滴碰撞机会实现大油滴对小油滴的捕获和兼并,在保障三元复合驱采出液油水分离效果的前提下,显著改善了采出水的油水分离特性。北二西试验区三元复合驱采出液水相表活剂含量为56~60mg/L、聚合物含量为1168~1264mg/L、pH值为8.2~8.6,按试验区产液量计的油水分离剂SP1013加药量为70mg/L的条件下,处理后回注采出水含油量可降低到20mg/L的含聚合物采出水回注高渗透率油藏的含油量控制指标以下。Micron and sub-micron oil droplets present in the produced water of an ASP project conducted at the N2W block of Daqing Oilfield using Na2CO3, petroleum sulfonate surfactant and polyacrylamide, which are inherently difficult to rise or coalescence, were found to be the prevailing factor that lead to the poor oil removal performances of skim tanks and bed filters, resulting in far over-specification of the residual oil content of the effluent of produced water treatment facilities. A dual functional nonionic reverse demulsifier and demulsifier, named SP1013, which can effectively facilitate the coalescence between tiny oil droplets and large oil droplets, was formulated to fa- cilitate deoiling of the produced water of the N2W block ASP project. In field application, SP1013 was injected into the hot water which commingled with the produced fluid at wellheads for flow assurance. In the oil gathering pipelines from wellheads to production station, micron and sub-micron oil droplets in the produced fluid were captured and gobbled up by large oil droplets in the produced fluid under the effects of SP1013 and the collisions between oil droplets in the flow field. The oil/water separation performance of the separated produced water was significantly improved without compromise of the oil/water separation effect of the produced fluid. With a dosage of SP1003 at 70mg/L based on the total produced liquid with water phase pH at 8.2-8.6 and contents of surfactant and polymer in the water phase respectively at 56-60mg/L and 1168-1264mg/L, the residual oil content of the effluent water of the produced water treatment facility was reduced to below the 20mg/L limit for re-injection of polymer bearing produced water into high permeability reservoir.
