摘 要:吴庄铁矿低温季节主井井口气流雾化严重,导致矿井能见度低、视频模糊、机械电子设备故障频发等问题。在低温季节,测定了主井反向出风量,测定了主副井井口、井底以及各中段主井石门空气温度等数据,得出了自然风压是造成主井井口气流雾化的主要原因。结合矿山生产实际,提出了利用主扇风压抑制自然风压;设置通风构筑物,减少主井入风量;在-330m中段安装风机抵制自然风压等措施。这些措施实施后,主井井口气流雾化得到有效控制,保障了主井机械电子设备的安全运行及人员作业安全。The phenomenon of wellhead air atomization in cold season at Wuzhuang Iron Mine was serious, leading to low visibility, indistinct video and frequent equipment troubles. So the reverse air volume in main shaft was detected in cold season, as well as the air temperature in wellhead, shaft bottom and cross drift of main shaft. It obtained that the prime reason caused the airstream atomization was natural wind pressure. Combining with mine production, measures were put forward, which used wind pressure of primary fan to prevent natural wind pressure, built ventilation structure to reduce inlet air volume of main shaft, and installed fan to restain natural wind pressure in -330 m level. In practice, the air atomization was effectively controlled, which ensured the safe operation of machinery electronic equipments and the security of workers.
