摘 要:为筛选南方红豆杉盆栽轻型基质配方。以轻型基质泥炭土、珍珠岩、锯末、谷壳等农林废弃物为基本材料,采用单形重心混料设计在福建明溪进行试验。通过观察在相同试验条件下各基质配比的盆栽生长与观赏美感反应,建立了数学模型,并与实际试验结果进行了比较分析,数学模型拟合效果理想。利用主成分分析对指标体系筛选并建立综合得分数学模型,利用综合得分数学模型进行配方寻优,最后利用聚类分析法将基质类型划分为4类。筛选出3个优良促生型基质配方,且以体积V(泥炭土)∶V(谷壳)∶V(锯末)=0.591 5∶0.323 8∶0.084 7轻型基质配方更值得推广。The experiment was conducted to select the best potted plants light matrix formulation of Taxus chinensis var. mairei, with light matrix peat soil, pearlite, wood chips, and rice husks, such as agriculture and forestry waste as basic material in Mingxi County of Fujian, by simplex core experimental design. Under the same experimental condition, various growing and ornamental beauty reaction in mixture mediums was observed and the mathematical models were set up. The theoretical and practical results were compared with each other, and the mathematical model fitting effect was ideal. The system of in- dexes were selected by principal component analysis, and then the comprehensive score mathematical model were set up. The optimal formulation were chosen by the comprehensive score mathematical model. The formulation of the media were divided into four types by cluster analysis method, and three excellent growth promoting type matrix formulations were se- lected, with the most promoting values formulation of 59.15% of peat soil, 32.38% of rice husk, and 8.47% of wood chip in volume ratio.
