摘 要:合成了一种硫脲改性咪唑啉缓蚀剂。采用动电位极化技术和化学浸泡试验研究了CO2环境中含有不同浓度硫脲改性咪唑啉的3%NaCl溶液对低碳微合金钢X70和碳钢L245、Q235的缓蚀效果。利用SEM、XRD以及表面轮廓仪对试验结果进行分析。结果表明,该缓蚀剂在钢表面的吸附与材料的显微组织结构有关,缓蚀剂分子优先吸附在Fe3C上。当缓蚀剂质量浓度较低(2mg/L)时,对Q235的缓蚀效率最高达到90%,对X70和L245的缓蚀效率分别为35%和56%;浸泡试验结果表明,Q235样品腐蚀轻微,而X70和L245发生严重的局部腐蚀;当缓蚀剂质量浓度较高(50mg/L)时,对三种钢都有良好的缓蚀效果。A thiourea modified imidazoline inhibitor was synthesized.The inhibition effect of different concentrations of corrosion inhibitor on carbon steels L245、Q235 and low alloyed steel X70 in 3% NaC1 solution were studied by potentiodynamic polarization curves and chemical immersion tests.SEM、XRD and surface profiler were employed to analyze the experimental results.The results showed that the adsorption of the corrosion inhibitor molecules on the steel surfaces related to the microstructure,corrosion inhibitor molecules preferentially adsorbed on Fe3C.In the corrosive medium with 2 mg/L corrosion inhibitor,the inhibition efficiency on Q235 was about 90%,while on X70 and L245 were 35% and 56%.respectively.Immersion results showed that Q235 steel was slightly corroded,but there was severe localized corrosion on the surfaces of X70 and L245 steels;Increasing the concentration of corrosion inhibitor to 50 mg/L,it had good inhibition efficiency on all the three steels.
