摘 要:调速永磁同步电动机要求永磁体产生的气隙磁密波形呈正弦分布,以此产生正弦形的空载反电动势,为此文章设计出一阶梯形永磁体结构以产生近似正弦分布的气隙磁密波形;对一矩形周期函数和阶梯形周期函数分别进行傅里叶级数展开,得出在特定条件下阶梯形周期函数的各次谐波幅值比矩形周期函数小,鉴于此提出阶梯形永磁体结构;在磁场分析软件Magnet中,分别搭建了阶梯形调速永磁同步电机及瓦片形调速永磁同步电机的有限元分析模型并仿真,对仿真获取的气隙磁密做谐波分析,结果表明阶梯形永磁体产生的气隙磁密的各次谐波幅值明显小于瓦片形永磁体。Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM ) with adjustable speed requires the sinusoidal distribution of the air‐gap flux density waveform(AFDW) to excite the sinusoidal no‐load back elec‐tromotive force .For this reason ,a step structure of permanent magnet(PM ) is designed to produce the approximately sinusoidal distribution of AFDW .Firstly ,Fourier series expansions of a rectangu‐lar periodic function and a step periodic function are respectively done .It is found that the amplitude of each harmonic of the step periodic function is smaller than that of the rectangular periodic function , and accordingly a step structure of PM is put forward .Secondly ,finite element analysis models of the speed control of PMSMs with the step PM and with the tile‐type PM are respectively built and simula‐ted with magnetic field analysis software Magnet ,then harmonic components of AFDW obtained after simulation are analyzed .It is shown that the amplitude of each harmonic of AFDW produced by the step PM obviously becomes smaller compared with the tile‐type PM .
