摘  要:为进一步了解齿墩式内消能工的特性,通过物理模型试验,分析了在齿墩数相同、面积收缩比不同的情况下齿墩式内消能工的过流能力、时均压强、脉动压强及脉动流速。结果表明,管道的过流能力主要由齿墩式内消能工的体型及尺寸决定;时均压强在齿墩进口处急剧下降,在距齿墩段进口0.2 D(D为试验管内径)处达到最小值,之后逐渐上升,到距齿墩段进口2.5 D处恢复平稳,且在试验范围内,面积收缩比越小,时均压强降幅越大,消能效果越好;脉动压强在齿墩段后出现最大值,面积收缩比ξ=0.375时脉动压强最大,其概率密度分布接近正态分布;脉动流速最大值出现在齿墩段出口处,管中心的脉动流速小于管壁处的脉动流速。In order to further know the characteristics of inner energy dissipaters of tooth block,physical model experiment is used to analyze its conveyance capacity,time-averaged pressure,fluctuating pressure and fluctuating velocity under the conditions of the same number of dentoid baffle and different area contraction ratio.The results show that the conveyance capacity of tooth block dissipater is determined by the shape and size;time-averaged pressure declined sharply at the inlet,and the minimum appears at 0.2time diameter away from the inlet of tooth block,then rising gradually,until recovery stable at 2.5time diameter;in the test zone,the smaller the area contraction ratio is,the higher the decreasing range of time-averaged pressure is,the effect of energy dissipation is better;the maximum point of fluctuating pressure appeared in the outlet of the tooth block,the pulse pressure is the largest when the area contraction ratio factor is 0.375,and the probability density distribution is closed to the normal distribution;the maximum point of fluctuating velocity appeared in the outlet of the tooth block;the fluctuating velocity in center of the tube is less than that of the pipe wall.
