摘  要:针对沙漠砂混凝土坍落度小、强度低的缺点,通过双掺法掺加机制砂和高性能减水剂来改善沙漠砂级配、提高混凝土和易性,制备了一系列坍落度较大、强度较高的沙漠砂混凝土,并对比分析了沙漠砂混凝土与同配合比的天然中砂混凝土的坍落度、抗压强度,验证了双掺法制备的沙漠砂混凝土的优良性能。另外,为减少水泥用量,将粉煤灰替代部分水泥,采用同时掺加粉煤灰、机制砂、高性能减水剂的三掺法制备了沙漠砂混凝土,通过试验表明,利用三掺法制备水泥用量少、强度较高、坍落度较大的沙漠砂混凝土具有可行性。Focusing on the problem that the slump of desert sand concrete is small and the compressive strength is low,this test has successfully prepared some desert sand concrete which has big slump and high strength by adding artificial sand to improve the sand's grading and adding high performance water reducing agent to improve the concrete's workability.And then the difference in performance has been analyzed between the natural medium sand concrete and the desert sand concrete made.It suggests that the performance of desert sand concrete made by using the double admixing method is good.In addition,in order to reduce the cement cost,the test has attempted to replace a part of cement by using some fly ash.This paper made some desert sand concrete by using the"three mixed method",which is adding fly ash,artificial sand and high performance water reducing agent.The test results show that it is possible to make the desert sand concrete with the characteristics such as low cement cost,big slump and high compressive strength by using this method.
