福州“三坊七巷”历史街区保护历程的分析及其启示

摘　　要：福州"三坊七巷"历史街区的保护历程复杂曲折。"三坊七巷"历史街区保护历程可划分为自主性保护、政府主导改造、破坏性改造、房地产开发、整体保护五个阶段进行梳理分析。针对"三坊七巷"保护实施情况提出观点:仿古建筑无法代替历史建筑,且不代表任何一个时期的建筑特色;"三坊七巷"建筑新建应考虑其在未来可能具备的历史价值;"三坊七巷"空巢现象与建筑使用性质和经营内容改变有关;新自主性保护具有优势;建立"三坊七巷"动态资料电子数据库利于永续保护管理。Sanfang-Qixiang historical district goes through complex conservation course in its long history. It can be divided into five stages for analyzing. They are self-service, transformation led by government, destructive transformation, development of real estate, overall conservation. Considering the current situation of Sanfang-Qixiang, we come into several conclusions as follow. Pseudo-classic architecture cannot replace the real historical architecture, and they even cannot represent any epochal architectural style. It＇s needed to considerate the future historical va^ue of renewal buildings before they have been built. The reason of empty nest phenomenon is relevant to the function and the scope of operation of the service has a hug advantage.
