摘 要:针对三峡梯级水电站汛末蓄水调度的复杂问题,以汛末蓄水、下游补水和梯级发电为目标,构建了梯级联合多目标蓄水调度模型,提出了两阶段约束法对模型目标进行降维处理,进而采用动态规划求解模型,并通过对不同来水过程的调度计算与方案比较。结果表明,随着三峡水库汛末蓄水位的抬高,梯级向下游补水能力逐渐减弱;若三峡水库汛末蓄水位相同,则梯级下游控制补水流量越大,梯级总发电量越大;若梯级下游控制补水流量相同,则汛末蓄水位越低,梯级发电量越大;下游控制补水流量越大,则梯级下泄流量越均匀,发电出力峰谷差越小,也越有利于下游通航安全。Focusing on the complex problem of Three Gorges cascade power stations impounding operation in flood recession period, a multi-objective impounding operation model was established taking the consideration of water storage, downstream water supply and power generation. Then, a two-phase constraints method was proposed to simplify the model. On this base, the simplified model was solved by dynamic programming. By calculating and comparing results of different year's operation schemes, the results indicated that with the raising of impounding water level of Three Gorges reservoir, water supply ability to the downstream will be weaken. For the schemes of the same impounding water level, the more Three Gorges cascade discharge is, the more cascade power generation is. For the schemes of the same discharge, the lower impounding water level is, the more cascade power generation is. As well, the more cascade discharge is, the more eve discharge is, and the smaller peak and valley difference of cascade power output is, which is more conducive to navigation safety.
