摘  要:灰场筑坝时多采用粉煤灰和煤渣的混合料,两者比例不同,混合料性质差异较大,针对目前煤渣掺量对混合料性质影响的研究较少的问题,通过压缩、渗透、抗剪强度等物理力学性质试验,研究了煤渣掺量对灰渣混合料力学性质的影响,揭示了混合料力学性质随煤渣含量多少而变化的规律。结果表明,灰渣混合料属于中等透水、低压缩性材料,其渗透系数k与内摩擦角φ随煤渣掺量的增加而增大;压缩模量Es随煤渣掺量的增加而近似线性增大;煤渣对混合料粘聚力c的影响很小。A mixture of fly ash and coal cinder is commonly used in embankment dam of ash storage yard. The properties of the mixture can vary widely if the proportion of component is different. The research on the impact of coal cinder content on properties of the mixture is rarely reported. By compression, permeability, shear strength and other physical and mechanical properties test, the impact of the coal cinder content on the mechanical properties of the ash residue mixture is studied and the change in the mechanical properties of mixture with the coal cinder content is analyzed. The results show that the ash residue mixture is moderate permeability and low compressibility; the coefficient of permeability k and the internal friction angle φ of the ash residue mixture increase with the increase of the cinder content; the compression modulus Es linearly increases with the increase of the cinder proportion; the cinder content has little impact on the cohesion of the ash residue mixture.
