摘 要:为深入研究三相共箱GIS母线损耗发热问题,利用间接耦合法在流场中计算温度,根据流体力学理论,运用有限元法建立了三相共箱GIS母线损耗发热的三维电磁场-流场-温度场计算模型,综合分析了流体流速、重力加速度、电导率温度效应、涡流损耗、对流散热与辐射散热等多种因素对母线温度的影响,研究了三相共箱GIS母线的热源和温度分布规律。结果表明,当母线水平放置时,母线温度呈上高下低、左右对称分布,SF6气体等温线呈现S型分布,母线套管中间导体温度最高,导体上部气体温度高于下部气体温度,并通过试验验证了仿真计算的准确性。In order to research the heat dissipation of GIS bus in three-phase box. According the theory of fluid mechanics, indirect coupling is adopted to calculate the temperature in flow filed and the finite element method is used to establish three-dimensional electromagnetic field-flow field-temperature field model of heat loss of the three-phase box GIS bus. The impacts of various factors on the bus's temperature are analyzed, which includes the fluid velocity, the acceleration of gravity, conductivity temperature effect, eddy current loss, convection and radiation heat dissipation. The distribution of heat source and temperature in three-phase GIS bus is given. The results show that when the bus is horizontal, the temperature of the upper bus is higher than the lower and it is bilateral symmetry, the isotherms of the SF6 gas exhib- it S-type distribution, the temperature of intermediate gas in casing pipe of bus is the highest, the upper part of the gas temperature of the conductor is higher than the lower. Simulation experiments verify the accuracy of the calculation.
