摘　　要：新民主主义革命时期,以毛泽东同志为代表的中国共产党人探索形成了服务目的与手段有效统一的服务哲学、同群众需要和愿望息息相通的服务原则、化党的正确主张为群众自觉行动的服务艺术,提炼形成了在服务群众中建立并巩固领导权的重要经验,为构建服务型马克思主义政党作出了独创性的贡献。During the period of the New-democratic Revolution, the Chinese Communists, with Mao Zedong as the representative, explore the formation of the service philosophy of effectively unified service purpose and means, the service principle connected with the needs and desires of the masses, and the service art applying the party ＇ s correct claims to the populace, reigning the important experience of establishing and consolidating the leadership in the service to the masses, which contributes to build an original service-oriented Marxism political party.
