摘　　要：目的研究健康体检血清胃蛋白酶原与Hp感染的临床应用价值。方法分析本院856例健康体检人员分别采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法检测血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)水平和13C尿素呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染率。结果 737例无胃病人群血清PGⅠ平均值为153.9±45.7ng/m L,PGⅡ平均值为11.4±4.5ng/m L,PGⅠ/PGⅡ平均值为13.5±4.7;119例疑似有胃病人群血清PGⅠ平均值为181.7±69.8ng/m L,PGⅡ平均值为20.7±7.6ng/m L,PGⅠ/PGⅡ平均值为8.7±4.4。Hp阳性人群PGⅠ和PGⅡ水平(195±57.3ng/m L,18.7±8.9 ng/m L)明显高于Hp阴性人群。结论健康体检人群的Hp感染与血清PG水平存在着一定的正相关,血清胃蛋白酶原和13C尿素呼气试验可联合用于健康体检。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the serum pepsinogen and Hp infection in physical examination. Methods Time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay （TRFIA） was used to detect the serum level of pepsinogen （PG）, and the lac urea breath test （13C-UBT） was employed to detect the Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection in 856 subjects of health examination. Results The serum PGI, PGⅡ and PGI/PG I1 level in 737 normal subjects were 153.9 ±45.7ng/mL, 11.4 ± 4.5ng/mL and 13.5 ±4.7, respectively. The serum PGI, PG Ⅱand PGI/PG Ⅱlevel of 119 subjects with gastropathy were 181.7 ± 69. 8ng/mL,20.7 ±7.6ng/mL, 8.7 ±4.4,respectively. The serum levels PG I and PGⅡ （195 ±57.3ng/mL,18.7 ±8.9 ng/mL） in the Hppositive group were significantly higher than those of the Hp-negative group. Conclusion There was a positive correlation between the serum PG level and Hp infection. The serum PG level and 13C urea breath test could be used for combination health check-up.
