摘 要:用裂纹柔度法对45钢调质喷丸试样的残余应力大小及分布进行了测量,并将其测试结果与结合电解抛光技术的X射线法测得结果进行了对比。结果表明,裂纹柔度法测得距喷丸表面300μm深处的残余压应力为471 MPa,残余压应力场深为900μm;X射线法测得的最大残余压应力在近表层120μm处,为446 MPa,残余压应力场深为820μm;在可比较深度范围内,两种测试法获得的残余应力具有相同变化趋势,且数值大小也接近。Residual stress of annealed 45 steel introduced by shot-peening was measured using crack compliance method( CCM) and X-ray diffraction method combined with electrolytic polishing process( XRDM),respectively. Moreover,comparative study of measured residual stress by two methods was conducted. The results show that the measured compressive residual stress at 300 μm deep from shot-peening surface and depth of residual compressive stress field by CCM are 471 MPa and 900 μm,respectively. Measured max compressive residual stress by XRDM is 446 MPa and at 120 μm deep from shot-peening surface,and the depth of residual compressive stress field is 820 μm.In the depth range with a satisfactory comparation,the change trends of residual stress measured using two methods are the same and the values are approximately equal.
