摘 要:采用ANSYS数值模拟法和显微压痕法对经淬火处理的2A02铝合金叶片锻件的残余应力分布进行分析。结果表明:经过500℃、2 h固溶处理后立即常温水冷的2A02铝合金叶片表面的应力分布为:叶片表面为残余压应力,近叶头部分淬火残余应力数值最小,随着到叶根部分距离的减小,淬火残余应力数值变大。还通过ANSYS数值模拟方法对2A02铝合金叶片的模压冷变形过程进行模拟以计算处理后的残余应力。叶片经过模压冷变形处理后,沿厚度方向的淬火残余应力显著降低,当压下量为厚度的2%时,残余应力的消减效果最佳。The distribution of quenching residual stress of 2A02 aluminum alloy blade was investigated by finite element method and microindentation method. The distribution of quenching residual stress of the blade after solid treatment at 500 ℃ for 2h is that,pressure stress is detected in the whole surface of the blade,and its absolute value is increased as the distance to the blade root decrease,and the minimum pressure stress is detected at the tip of the blade. The process of mold pressing for the alloy blade was simulated by ANSYS as well in order to study its residual stress after mold pressing. The residual stress in the blade along its thickness direction is reduced significantly after mold pressing. The best effect of residual stress reduction is achieved when the compression ratio is 2%.
