摘 要:采用数值模拟方法对某小型柴油机冷却水套进行了优化分析,通过对水套流速及换热系数等进行分析,改进水套结构设计、增大水泵流量、更改缸垫分水孔并对其进行优化和仿真分析。结果表明,优化后的水套内水流速度和散热能力大大改善。结合对故障件故障现象的分析,提出需限制转速和调节预热塞插于预燃室深度的方案。最后通过试验验证了所提的优化方案,解决了此柴油机的散热问题,对解决柴油机散热问题具有一定的工程实际意义和参考价值。The numerical sinmlations were conducted tbr optimization of cooling water.jacket in a diesel engine. Through the analysis of flow rate at water jacket and the heat transfer coeffmient, the design of water jacket structure was improved and then the pump flow was increased. The water manifbld was optimized as well. Tire results show that, after optimization of the water jacket, the flow velocity and heat capacity have been greatly improved. Combined with the fiailure/ihult analysis, the paper proposed schemes to limit the speed and to adjust the depth that the preheating plug is inserted into the pre-combustion chamber. Finally; these schemes were verified hy the experiment, and the cooling problems of tire diesel engine were solved. The paper has practical significance and a certain relbrence value for solving the cooling problems of diesel engines.
