摘　　要：通过BHS型多绳摩擦提升机首绳快速更换装置在石槽村煤矿的现场应用,介绍了该装置的原理、功能、组成、及带来的经济效益。该装置可将多绳摩擦提升机的首绳同时更换,不仅解决了引绳、送绳、防缠绕以及张力不平衡等问题,还能够大大提高换绳效率,减轻工人劳动强度,简化作业工艺流程,应进行大力推广。Through the field application of BHS type multi rope friction hoister first rope quick replacing device in Shicaocun Coal Mine, this paper introduces the principle, function, composition, and the economic benefits of the device. The device can simultaneously replace the first rope of the multi rope friction hoister, not only solving the problem of rope traction, rope feeding, anti-twisting and tension imbalance, but also greatly improving the efficiency of rope replacement, thus reducing labor intensity and simplifying the operation process, so it should be vigorously promoted.
