摘　　要：简要介绍了PVC涂料的定义、分类及其性能要求,着重分析了PVC气泡(包括涂料中的气泡和烘烤后涂层中的气泡)和PVC开裂的原因,详细说明了这两类问题在PVC涂料施工过程中容易出现的危害,以及PVC气泡(包括涂料中的气泡和烘烤后胶条中的气泡)和四门两盖折边PVC开裂在涂装车间生产过程中出现的典型质量问题的预防及控制,对PVC密封工艺中出现典型质量问题的预防和根治具有重要指导意义。The definition, classification and property requirement of PVC coating were briefly introduced. Moreover, the reasons of PVC bubbles （including bubbles in coatings and after baking） and PVC cracking were analyzed emphatically and the easily encountered detriments of two types of problems in the work process of PVC were detailed illustrated. Furthermore, the prediction and control of PVC bubbles （including bubbles in coatings and after baking） and PVC cracking of four doors and two lids in the production process of coating were stated, which had significant guidance in the prediction and radical treatment of typical quality problems in PVC sealing process.
