摘  要:在涂装前钢材表面喷砂清理工艺中,高碳铸钢砂已得到广泛的应用,其质量的好坏直接影响清理后的表面质量,进而影响涂层的寿命。介绍了喷砂清理的主要技术指标,高碳铸钢砂的生产工艺,以及高碳铸钢砂国家标准及机械行业标准中规定的化学成分、硬度、粒度、金相组织等各项性能指标,提出了高碳铸钢砂的选择原则,为正确选择高碳铸钢砂提供参考。In the process of blast cleaning before steel painting, high-carbon cast-steel grit has been widely used. Its quality has direct impact on the surface quality after cleaning and the life of coating furtherly. The main technical specifications of blast cleaning, the production technology of high-carbon cast-steel grit and the property indexes such as chemical composition, hardness, size specification, metallographic structure and so on of high-carbon cast-steel grit according to the national standard and mechanical industry standard were introduced. Finally, the selection principles of high-carbon cast-steel grit were proposed, providing references for a proper selection of it.
