摘　　要：我国合成氨/尿素产能过剩,现代煤化工具有好的发展前景。分析传统煤化工企业具有向现代煤化工转型发展的先天优势。提出合成氨/尿素企业转型为联产甲烷;转为联产甲醇及其下游产品两条路线。讨论了适用对象及转型效果。Ammonia/urea industry in our country is facing a crisis of excess of capacity and decline of profit. The critical period of transformation and upgrading has come. Fortunately, ammonia/urea plants using coal as raw materials have congenital advantagesto transform into modern coal chemical industries. Two transformation routes are suggested here, one is coal to methane, the other is coal to methanol and downstream. The environment of development applicable plants and development effects about the two routes are discussed.
