福建省城市土地集约利用评价及动态变化分析

摘　　要：在城市化初始阶段，合理利用稀缺性资源，提高资源使用效率，构建集约经济，对夯实国家经济基础具有关键作用。根据福建省1995年至2010年土地集约利用的相关数据，选取经济效益、社会效益和生态效益作为稳态因子，建立一项包含15个指标的衡量福建省城市土地集约利用的评价指标体系，采用SPSS统计分析方法和特尔斐法，把定性分析和定量分析相结合．对福建省城市土地集约利用的动态变化进行分析研究。In the initial stage of urbanization, reasonable utilization of scarce resources, improve the efficiency of re-source use and construct the intensive economy have key roles to strengthen national economic basis. According to the datarelevant to land intensive use in Fujian province from 1995 to 2010, this paper will select economic benefit, social benefitand ecological benefit as steady factor and establish a system contains 15 indexes to measure the evaluation of urban landintensive use. Furthermore it aims to study the dynamic change of urban land intensive use in Fujian province combine quali-tative analysis and quantitative analysis with SPSS and the Delphi method.
