摘　　要：相对普通高校而言，高职高专院校图书馆资源更倾向于实用型，更能满足一般社会大众的文化需求。目前国内高校图书馆社会开放大多是局部的、有限制的、收费的，一定程度上影响了社会读者的积极性。高职高专院校图书馆应该完善制度，整合资源，创新服务方式，坚持公益服务，加大宣传力度，吸引更多的社会读者利用其资源与服务，真正体现高校图书馆的资源价值与社会价值。Compared with university, the vocational college＇s library resource prefers to practicality and more can meet people＇s culture need. About the social opening, the Chinese university libraries are regional, limitary and not free. It will influence the activity of social readers. The vocational colleges＇ libraries should improve the system, integrate the resource, create serving mode, insist public welfare, increase propaganda, attract more social readers to use libraries＇ resource and service and embody its value really,
