体外受精-胚胎移植孕妇妊娠压力及相关因素的调查与分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解实施体外受精-胚胎移植术(IVF-ET)的孕妇妊娠期压力状况,分析其相关因素,寻求为其帮助减轻妊娠压力的方法。[方法]应用妊娠压力量表对我院84例接受IVF-ET孕妇及152例自然受孕孕妇进行调查与分析。[结果]IVF-ET孕妇妊娠压力总分高于自然受孕孕妇,主要压力源为因子2;IVF-ET孕妇的妊娠压力得分受移植次数、所怀的胎数、家庭收入水平、妊娠合并症相关因素影响(P<0.05)。[结论]IVF-ET孕妇妊娠压力水平高于自然受孕孕妇,需要在孕期给予针对性的心理干预,减轻其妊娠压力,使其顺利度过妊娠期。Objective:To know about the stress status of pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation(IVF-ET),analyze the related factors and find out a way to help to reduce their pregnancy pressure.Methods:A total of 84 cases of pregnant women with IVF-ET and 152 pregnant women with natural conception were investigated and analyzed by using pregnancy pressure scale.Results:The total score of pregnant women with IVF-ET was higher than that of pregnant women with natural conception,and the main pressure source was the factor 2.The score of pregnancy pressure of pregnant women with IVF-ET were affected by the number of transplant,conceived fetus number,family income level and pregnancy complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pressure level of pregnant women with IVF-ET was higher than that of pregnant women with natural conception.They need to be given targeted nursing psychological intervention during pregnancy,reduce the pregnancy pressure,so that they can successfully pass the gestation period.
