摘 要:井筒温度分布是高凝油冷采工艺可行性研究的一个重要参数。运用传热学和两相流的基础理论,根据能量守恒定律建立了高凝油常规冷采时的井筒温度分布模型,研究了产液量、含水率、隔热油管导热系数、隔热油管下深以及动液面位置对井筒温度分布的影响。结果表明,产液量、隔热油管导热系数、隔热油管下深以及动液面位置对井筒温度分布的影响较大,而原油的含水率对井筒的温度分布基本无影响。Wellbore-temperature distribution is an important parameter in feasibility study of cold production of high pour-point oil.The wellbore-temperature distribution model in conventional cold production of high pour-point oil was established by using the basic theory of heat transfer and two-phase flow as well as the law of conservation of energy.On this basis,the liquid produc-tion,water cut,thermal conductivity of heat-resistant tube,setting depth of heat-resistant tube and working fluid level position in order to find the effects of them on wellbore-temperature dis-tribution were studied.The results show that liquid production,thermal conductivity of heat-re-sistant tube,setting depth of heat-resistant tube and working fluid level position have great influ-ence on wellbore-temperature distribution,while water cut makes no difference basically.The re-sults above can be offered as a reference for conventional cold production process of high pour-point oil.
