摘  要:针对油田修井作业过程中劳动强度大、工作环境差、工作风险大等现状,研制了油田修井作业自动化装备。该装备由管杆输送装置、自动吊卡装置、井口多功能卡座装置、大钩导向装置、液压及自动化控制系统组成,解决了修井作业中管柱的自动抓取与排放、自动定位与对中、自动上卸扣以及废液防喷溅与回收等技术难题。在胜利油田4口井的试验结果表明,该装备完全实现了井口作业的无人化操作,降低了工人的劳动强度及人身伤害风险,减少井口周边环境污染。For the situation of labor-intensive,poor working environment and large work risk dur-ing workover operation,the oil workover has been successfully developed.The oil workover auto-mation consists of tube rod conveying device,automatic elevator device, wellhead multifunction device,hook guide device,hydraulic and automation control systems.In the development process of equipment,the technical problem of automatically grab and emission column,automatic align-ment and positioning,automatic screw or discharge screw and waste preventer were solved.The test results of Shengli Oilfield’s four wells show that this automation equipment is fully achieved work unmanned wellhead and to reduce labor intensity and the risk of personal injury and envi-ronmental pollution surrounding the wellhead purpose.
