摘　　要：小组教学是指按照"小组"的方式,以小组成员共同学习为基础的教学形式。小组教学已在医学教育中占得一席之地,已成为一种备受欢迎的教学模式,可以调动学生的积极性,加强深入学习过程。采用小组教学方法的学生较之采用传统教学方法的学生学习更加勤奋,更容易跟上教师的节奏,小组教学方法有助于改善医学生的学习态度与效率。本文对医学院校小组教学的应用、缺点和对未来的展望进行了探讨。Small-group teaching and learning is defined as a process based on students teaching and learning each other in groups. It has achieved an important position in medical education and became more popular as a way of encouraging the students in their studies and enhanced the process of deep learning. In contrast to traditional teaching group, students in small-group teaching and learning groups are more dedicated and more easily to keep up with the teacher and have higher efficiency.This paper has discussed the application, shortcomings and future prospects of small-group teaching and learning in medical schools.
