摘　　要：作风是一个政党的性质、宗旨、纲领、路线的重要体现,反映了一个党的特征和品格的整体风貌。政治干部作为部队政治工作的领导者和组织者,肩负着传道、授业、解惑的神圣职责,其作风如何直接决定着政治工作落实的质量。因此,新时期的政工干部只有通过把握要旨,在认清重大意义中培养良好思想作风、躬身自省,在塑造健康心态中培养良好思想作风、自觉践行,在正确履职尽责中培养良好思想作风,才能身体力行地做到真抓、实干、沉得下,打赢思想作风建设主动仗,切实树好政工干部的良好形象。Excellent work style, as the important embodiment of a political partyrs nature, principles, programs, routes, reflects the overall style of a partyrs characters and features. Political cadres, the leaders and the organizers of the army, shoulder the sacred duty to teach knowledge and instruct cadets, and their work style directly determines the quality of political work implementation. There- fore the political work cadres in the new period have to grasp the gist, to be more specific, to cultivate a good ideological style by recognizing significant meanings and to develop a good thinking style in shaping healthy mind, so as to win the battle of ideological style construction and cultivate good images of the political work cadres.
