发展性评价对军校专业技术人员评价的启示

摘　　要：现代教育评价理论认为,评价的发展性功能更重于鉴定性功能,即"评价不是为了证明,而是为了发展"。因此,着力发展性军校专业技术人员评价是当务之急。可通过增强评价工作的发展性功能来提高军校技术人员的专业发展水平,从而促进军队院校教育质量的提升。The modern educational evaluation theory believes that a development function is more im- portant than an appraisal function, which means that the purpose of evaluation is to develop but not to prove. Thus, it is necessary to pay sional and technical personnel so as more attention to the development to promote the education quality of evaluation of military profes the military academies.
