不同耳石重置法应用于水平背地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕中的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同耳石重置法治疗水平背地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕(apogeotropic HSC-BPPV)的临床应用价值。方法:分析2014-3-2015-5期间确诊为apogeotropic HSC-BPPV的40例患者,其中20例采用Gufoni法、20例采用改良Nuti法进行耳石重置,将水平背地性眼震转变为水平向地性眼震,此后采用传统Barbecue法进行手法复位。结果:改良Nuti法组的耳石重置成功率与Gufoni法组之间差异无统计学意义;2组手法耳石复位全部成功。结论:水平背地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,改良Nuti法和Gufoni法均能有效地进行水平背地性耳石重置,前者简便易学,增加了患者医从性、舒适性和可重复性。Objective.. To analyze the clinical effect of different canalith repositioning maneuver in the treatment of the apogeotropic nystagmus of horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （apogeotropic HSC-BPPV）. Method：Forty patients of apogeotropic HSC-BPPV colleted from March 2014 to May 2015 were di- vided into two groups, each group had 20 cases. The control group was repositioned with the Gufoni maneuver＇be- fore the Barbecue maneuver, the research group with the improved Nuti maneuver. Result：The success rate of the research group was not lower than that of the control group, which hadn＇t statistical significance （P〉0.05）. And after the Barbecue maneuver,all patients have been recovered. Conclusion： Comparing with the Gufoni maneuver, the improved Nuti maneuver designed by us, had the same success rate to treat apogeotropic HSC-BPPV, and is easier to learn, with more compliance, more comfort and more repeatability.
