摘  要:OSAHS是指睡眠时上气道塌陷阻塞引起的呼吸暂停和通气不足,伴打鼾、血氧饱和度下降、睡眠结构紊乱等病征。OSAHS发病率极高,占4%~7%,严重者会导致全身多系统多器官病损,是全身多种疾病的源头性疾病。整夜PSG是国际公认OSAHS定量和定性诊断的金标准,无创正压通气治疗(CPAP)是OSAHS一线的治疗方法〔1〕,对于CPAP治疗失败或者有外科手术指征的OS-AHS患者,准确的上气道阻塞定位诊断,针对性的外科手术也不失为OSAHS诊疗的重要策略和手段。Summary To apply more precise upper airway modeling and computer fluid dynamic technology, and simu- late the upper airways of the fluid velocity, flow field distribution and pressure changes on 1 case of OSAHS pa- tients before and after surgery. At home and abroad, computer fluid dynamic has been applied to research on hu- man airway and predict curative effect before and after operation, but the study of the whole upper airway fluid physics parameter is less within normal people and sick people, more the lack of large sample research. The appli- cation of this technology can lay the foundation to establish normal people and sick people upper airways database, formulate normative operation and research process, the quantitative domestic normal population and pathological airway blocking criteria of each plane, develop a handling the precision of simulation software and the curative effect of surgical or medical treatment evaluation system, and open up the new train of thought of OSAHS patients diagnosis and treatment.
